Phil

Phil is a Human Performance, Exercise and Wellbeing Technical Support Officer at the High Wycombe campus of Buckinghamshire New University.

Phil is a registered Sports Nutritionist with the Sport & Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) part of the British Dietetics Association (BDA). He completed his Masters degree in Applied Sports Nutrition, at St Mary’s University Twickenham and Phil joined the Skills and Simulation team in this role in November 2017.

Recently, Phil has self-published a book entitled ‘Plant-Based 4 Running’ which is a cookbook and nutrition guide for plant-based training and running. Multi-talented!
